These terms govern your use of the Brick 3D mobile application ("the app"), published by Hugo Software. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
The app
Brick 3D is a creative tool for building models from virtual toy bricks in a 3D scene. It works offline. There are no user accounts and no registration.
Free and paid content
The following are free, with no advertising: all basic bricks, all colours and sizes, the built-in sets, the guided step-by-step build mode, saving and loading your creations, and PNG and GLB export.
Brick 3D Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks 40 special parts and the premium sets.
Subscription terms
- Price: USD 2.99 per week (or the equivalent in your local currency as shown by Google Play at the time of purchase).
- The subscription renews automatically every week until you cancel it.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal.
- You can cancel at any time in the Google Play app under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep premium access until then.
- Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. We are not able to issue refunds directly.
- If your subscription lapses, premium parts and sets lock again. Anything you already built with them remains saved on your device.
Your creations
Whatever you build in the app is yours. We claim no rights over it. Because your creations are stored only on your own device, you are responsible for keeping copies of anything you want to preserve — use the export features. We cannot recover data lost through uninstalling the app, clearing app storage, or device loss or failure.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, circumvent the subscription, or redistribute the app or its assets.
No affiliation
Brick 3D is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the LEGO Group or any other toy manufacturer. No third-party brand names, logos or fonts are used in the app. "LEGO" is a trademark of the LEGO Group, referenced here only to state that no such relationship exists.
Availability and changes
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop distributing the app. If we discontinue a paid subscription, we will stop billing for it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hugo Software is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
