Data Removal
Last updated: 28 July 2026
Brick 3D has no user accounts, so there is no account to delete. This page explains how to remove everything the app holds.
1. Data on your device
Everything you create — saved models, colour and brick selections, language preference and the cached premium state — is stored locally on your device and never uploaded.
To remove it, either:
- Uninstall the app. This deletes all of its local data, or
- go to Settings → Apps → Brick 3D → Storage → Clear storage to wipe the data while keeping the app installed.
Both actions are immediate and permanent. We cannot recover models deleted this way, so export anything you want to keep first (⋯ menu → PNG or GLB).
2. The configuration-log entry
When the app starts it sends a random identifier that the app generated itself — not your advertising ID, not a hardware identifier — along with the app version, interface language and platform, to our configuration server. This is the only data about you that exists outside your device, and it identifies no person.
To have that entry deleted, email [email protected] with the subject "Brick 3D data removal".
Because the identifier is random and we hold no other information about you, please include it in your message so we can find the right record. You will find it in the app's hidden QA drawer, or you can simply tell us the approximate dates you used the app and we will remove all matching entries from that period.
We will confirm removal by email within 30 days. If we cannot locate a matching record, we will tell you that instead.
In any case, these entries are deleted automatically after 12 months.
3. Your purchase history
Subscription and payment records are held by Google as the merchant of record, not by us. We never receive your card details, billing address or Google account credentials, so we cannot delete anything on that side. To manage or delete purchase data, use your Google account and Google Play.
