Privacy Policy

Brick 3D ("the app") is developed by Hugo Software. This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not do with data. It is written to be accurate rather than broad — if something is not listed here, the app does not do it.
Short version
Brick 3D has no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics. It asks for no permissions. Everything you build stays on your device.
What we do not collect
The app does not collect, request or transmit:
- your name, email address, phone number or postal address
- your location
- your contacts, photos, files or calendar
- camera or microphone data
- the Android advertising ID or any hardware identifier
- any information about other apps on your device
The app requests no runtime permissions. Its manifest declares only INTERNET (for the configuration request described below) and com.android.vending.BILLING, which Google Play requires in order to offer a subscription.
No advertising, no analytics
There is no advertising SDK in the app. No ad network, no ad mediation, no ad identifiers. There is also no analytics or crash-reporting SDK — no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics, no third-party tracker of any kind.
What stays on your device
Your saved models, your colour and brick selections, your chosen interface language and the cached premium state are stored in local storage on your device only. They are never uploaded. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
The one network request we make
When the app starts, it makes a single HTTPS request to our own configuration server at hq.bnj.app to fetch content and feature settings. That request contains:
- a random identifier generated by the app itself (this is not the advertising ID and not a hardware identifier)
- the app version
- the interface language you selected
- the platform string (for example, "android")
We use this to deliver configuration and to count installs in aggregate. It contains nothing that identifies you personally, and it is never sold or shared with advertisers or other third parties. If the server cannot be reached, the request fails silently and the app continues to work fully offline.
Purchases
Brick 3D Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold at USD 2.99 per week through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment as merchant of record and receives the transaction data under Google's Privacy Policy. We never see or store your card details, billing address or Google account credentials.
The app reads your subscription status from Google Play on your device. If the subscription ends or is cancelled, premium content locks again automatically.
Retention
Local data lives on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. The random identifier in our configuration log is kept for at most 12 months.
Deleting your data
Because there are no accounts, uninstalling the app removes everything it stored. If you also want the configuration-log entry for your random identifier removed, see the Data Removal page.
Children
Brick 3D is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
